Privacy
Sinewave Music's privacy policy is simple: customer information is not shared with any 3rd party sources. The information is used solely for the purpose of processing your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Credit card information is not stored.
Cookies - a cookie is a small data file that most major Web sites write to your hard drive for record keeping purposes when you visit them. Cookies allow Sinewave Music to improve your shopping experience by remembering your name and billing details etc. Users have the opportunity to set their computers to accept all cookies, to notify them when a cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of the site.
Security
With respect to security, any sensitive information (such as credit card details) is sent over a secure server using SSL Technology, an industry standard.
While on a secure page, the lock icon on Web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked or open, when you are just browsing as normal.
Ordering & Payment
For UK orders please use the online shopping cart - upon checkout you will be redirected to a secure online order form. All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. Payment must be received in full before any goods can be dispatched. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit / Debit Card
- PayPal
- Cheque
- Postal Order
The price shown for each product excludes any delivery charge, which will be set out clearly in your shopping cart before you submit your order. Please note there is a minimum order amount of £5.00 (not including delivery). Once checkout is complete you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
International Orders - please ask for an international shipping quote before ordering. If you wish to send payment using PayPal or credit card, you will be sent a link to an online payment form, allowing you to pay for your item(s) and international shipping together. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please send the order details, including your name and address, using the contact page.

Delivery
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. The delivery charge for UK orders is fixed at £1.95, with no extra charge for additional items. Your order will be sent using Royal Mail First Class, and will be dispatched within 2 working days. All delivery is subject to stock availability.
For international orders please ask for a shipping quote before ordering.
Returns
You have the right to cancel and request a refund of the purchase you have made as long as the request is submitted within 7 working days. The returned goods must be in a resaleable state and should be returned with their original packing and accessories. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued. Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, the buyer will be liable for the cost of the return postage.
